Allow me to take this opportunity to tell you about the guy behind the site.

I want to create a warm community feel for you here and feel it's important that I introduce myself as if we were in person having a lil' chat.

My name is Marvin and I currently live in London, UK. I am one of seven children across both parents, having two brothers and four sisters.

I spent the best part of my adolescent years growing up in local authority care as did my brother and sister from my mother's side.

I was detached for many years from the family home, leaving me feeling unloved, low on confidence and a damaged self esteem.

I then went on to perform poorly at school and college although I was quite a bright kid. You could say my disruptive childhood was a factor in this.

Having been disconnected from my family and poor achievements academically, I wanted to achieve more from my life. I wanted to build my confidence and self esteem back.

I went on to work with young children in care and young offenders in a rehabilitation centre. I wanted to contribute to people who had similar experiences to me, growing up in local authority care.

Having worked in the care and employment sector for 10 years, I decided I want to break free from the rigours of the 9-5 and work independently.

I always wanted to help people become more confident, respect and love themselves and to inspire, motivate and empower people to make the positive changes in their life they were after.

I believe no matter what your past has been like, you can always experience an abundant lifestyle and live more confidently.

I believe the key to any happiness is self improvement. Constant renewal of the mind and development of our character, skills and abilities.

I have a constant passion for self improvement and you'll get to see that here.

I am committed to help you with your dreams, ambitions, desires and a passion to improve aspects of your life.

I believe working on our self esteem, self worth and our awareness of our habitual behaviour that the changes we seek are definitely possible for all of us.

That is what motivated me to build this website. A resource that you can turn to for inspiration, motivation and empowerment. Also, to provide you with tips, tools and strategies that can help you experience positive changes in your life.
